THE KING OF POP

"What can one say about Michael Jackson? He is one of the world's most acclaimed entertainers, an innovative and exciting songwriter whose dancing seems to defy gravity and has been heralded by the likes of Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly."
- Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis
Michael Jackson 'The King Of Pop'

In our eyes, Michael Jackson is undisputedly the best dancer and performer out there, and perhaps in history. He's spent his whole life and sacrificed his childhood to become the best of the best. There are many people that believe malicious rumors about him in the papers and forget to realize the potential of his singing and dancing as a whole. Clearly the peak of his career was in the 1980's but those times still shine through to today and out of the love we have for his work, we decided to form a Michael Jackson Experience. Unlike other artists, Michael seems to have a very significant difference in style that makes him an interesting yet, ideal performer to imitate or 'take-off'.

Michael Jackson has touched and changed so many lives through both his music and outstanding innovative ability. On May 16th 1983 Michael Jackson 'moonwalked' for the very first time at the Motown 25 concert in his first solo performance, Billie Jean. Since then his fame and fortune exploded with the 'Thriller' album which is still the biggest selling album of all time at over 55 million copies worldwide. His unique style and appearance, as well as his music, attract fans of all age groups and races. Yet the one reason why he is such an overwhelming performer is because he's such a perfectionist and hard-worker. He's gone from living in a small apartment with eight brothers and sisters and two parents to undisputedly the biggest pop-idol of all time.

We often get asked our views on Michael Jackson as a person and what we think about his ambiguous lifestyle. It's a difficult question to answer because we've never been lucky enough to meet him in person and therefore can't really judge him. However, we do believe that he is one of the kindest and most generous men around. He's won more awards for his charities than his music and that alone says a lot. Unfortunately, the media never pick up on the good he's done, everything is always negative which gives him a bad name. Every single one of his friends comment on how charming and understanding he is, so who do you believe - the people that don't know him or the people that do? At the end of the day, his outstanding music and quality of performing can never be doubted and Michael Jackson will continue to be looked up to as a great legend.
